This is a dry heat (no steam) that increases the thermal energy in the joints, muscles and tissues which leads to a deeper and faster sweat. Included in your session is use of the rebounder (mini-trampoline) to help circulate lymph and prime the body for the most effective sauna session as well as chromotherapy (colored light therapy) that can be customized to your needs.
